Hastings Tea Coffee

This place is my favorite coffee, tea and pastry shop. They also have beer and wine at night, this place is so cozy, when I walked in this morning I was happily greeted by two lovely ladies! They were helpful in offering me a recommendation of vanilla chai latte and it’s the best I have ever had, new favorite drink. Best croissants, anything you get here you will not be disappointed with. Great indoor and outdoor seating.

I walked in the cafe and I couldn’t find a seat. So I stepped out and said ‘it’s full’ to the staff behind the counter. The blonde bleached hair woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at me. Such an arrogant employee you have there. This will be my last time going to this cafe. I would rather go to a cafe that has a nice, safe and friendly environment.

This is not good coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and it is just a big cup of hot milk and espresso. There is no foam whatsoever and wayy too much milk for a cappuccino- you can’t even taste the coffee at all. It’s also almost boiling hot? I don’t know what’s going on back there with the baristas, but this is not how you make a cappuccino.

Very nice little cafe. Friendly personnel and phenomenal espresso. I spoke with the manager Frankie and he said the espresso is from a local business. I’m Italian born and raised and lived in New York City for over 10 years, and can guarantee this is one of the best espresso I’ve had in NYC. Will Be Back!

Excellent coffee and service. Fan of Foggy London and Lattes. Management pls enable digital tilting! My wife and I come here several times a week and usually do not carry cash and want to tap your hard-working employees.
