Please note negative reviews. Owner responses are taken personally and marginal apologies are insincere and at times condescending and almost rude. Fits the profile of complaints about staff/cashier. First of all, I do love your Pizza. I also understand your perspective. Thanks for responding. Noting the tone from the proprietor, regardless who is in the wrong, may send the wrong message and turn away future customers. Personally, as good as the pizza is?May need to drive to Montebello for potentially better customer service. It will make the pizza taste a bit better.

Best pizza I have ever had! I love this place and it?s a very great place to hang out with family and let children have fun. The pizza is fresh and hot when given to you. The pizza is priced well and the wings are extremely good. From you favorite customer Marcus ???

Rio's South El Monte pizza is absolutely delicious. They don't skimp on toppings! Their salads and wings are also really good. The restaurant is clean, fast/friendly service... I will definitely be coming back!

The pizza brings back memories of how it tasted when I was a kid around 35 years ago! I make the trip from Long Beach to El Monte because this is the only Rio's Pizza that tastes this amazing!

Authentic pizza with a deliciously chewy dough and a perfectly crispy crust! The online ordering system allows for complete customization! The chicken wings are outstanding!

For 7 years rios Pizza go to Montebello love their service. This girl that she was here has the worst customer service I will never dinate I would rather order just to go.
