we came here for the first time on Tuesday and the terrace was full. without reservation it would have been difficult to get a table. the location near the lake and the view of this is beautiful and even in the hot weather. on this day there was always a light refreshing brise from the sea. the menu that we chose was foie gras de canard with salat, filet de perches with french fries and tarte tatin with ice cream. the food was tasty, the fön frittiert fresh and crispy, the dishes beautifully arranged and decorated. the service was correct and without inappropriate waiting times. the chardonnay wine from the region was delicious and with a resonable price. all in all, we left the place with s...
Sowohl das Restaurant des Lacustres wie auch die vorgelagerte Ripper Bar profitieren von der einmaligen Lage direkt am Neuenburgersee. Wenn das Wetter stimmt, spielt vor allem die im Freien gelegene Bar ihre Trümpfe aus: ein sehr grosses Platzangebot mit einzigartigem Blick auf See und Jurakette, erlaubt es, den feinen Apéro oder das Fondue Moitié-Moitié unter Palmen zu geniessen. Das Restaurant hält vor allem für Liebhaber von Fischgerichten einige Leckerbissen bereit.
Von aussen ist man bei einem ersten Besuch etwas verunsichert. Zwar am See, jedoch wirkt das Haus inmitten von Lagern von Firmen, nicht wie hier vorzüglich gegessen werden kann. Umso mehr hat uns dann die Küche positiv überrascht. Karte von Fleisch bis Fisch. 5-Gang-Menues und auch à la Carte. Zudem Bestes aus dem Weinkeller. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Reservation ist zu empfehlen. Bei uns war an einem Samstagabend im Oktober das Restaurant voll.
the menu foie gras, filet de perches, lemon tarte was delicious. but the service was unbearably slow and as a family with a growing young and a small child it was hard to wait. at 11:45, ordered at 12, main course came at 13:05 otherwise it is a very nice place and the intention is beautiful.

came here for the first august. platz was full and we arrived late at 9 but they had no problems serving us. eating was good, but a little expensive, service was also good. if they are here and want a beautiful view, that is the place.
Überrissene Preise, das Entrecote war klein und zäh, das Tartare ein nasser, geschmacklich nicht überzeugender Haufen Fleisch dafür gibts billige Deko zur Ablenkung.
