Europa - Reservar una mesa

First of all we have been coming to this restaurant for many years and know how good it has been. Unfortunately it seems that they have lost key staff and are no longer able to keep up with orders/service. We waited a long time for between courses and tables around us had incorrect food delivered. I cannot criticise the food however - that has always been excellent and still is. If they can sort out the service it will be perfect. I would happily recommend this restaurant and will be back next week myself.

After we had to wait for our food and drink an hour, the service was unfortunately very overwhelmed. you just forgot us. when the lousy food came to the table, everything was finally spoken. the salami on the pizza was either old or too thick, in any case inconceivable. the "German aldi salami" on the antipasti plate was already better. our conclusion: never again.

long waiting times, for demand one is still very unfriendly too well rejected, a simple apologies have forgotten it would have understood everyone. have the feeling that you are judged to look there. I was alone with my daughter that's probably not that winning. my conclusion never again, you are treated as a second class human

we've been 5 or 6 times there. it gets worse and worse. Yesterday we ordered pizza...Mozzarella is unknown there, we don't know what a cheese was on it. salami absolutely not edible. Salad sauce not much better. one thing is certain: this was the last time for us.

we were at the Easter weekend to eat pizza at jacky. super service, courtesy service and super tasty pizza. also our little ones have been well-adapted and had still far after eating super laune. we are coming back

came from europa park back on the search for a place to eat in herbolzheim. they could not serve us because the kitchen was closed. they could only prepare salads and some pizzas. Eating was okay, but choice.

I and my wife go to eat there you are very kindly welcomed and the ambiente is also good, I have eaten the calzone and my wife spaghetti carbonara was an incredible experience.Ps thanks

good food and service: were really good with our children who were also there at the main traffic time, no need to reserve a table although they were quite full on Saturday night?

eat is top and fresh service rather sleepy they were slow and have brought 2 times false drinks brought a little more smile would be good!!But we come back to soon ..
