Rather overpriced for an overall, mediocre, meal. The Calamari was outstanding, and the bread with olive oil dip was very good. The deserts were also a highlight. There were 7 of us in our party, and all but my husband were disappointed in their entree, and he was left unsatisfied. The rest of us were given plenty of food, it just didn't have much flavor. I will say, there was a decent amount of lump crab meat on my pasta with vodka sauce. However, the same could not be said for the amount of shrimp served with either the Scampi nor Fettucini Alfredo. But if these entrees had delivered on taste, we would have happily overlooked the low shrimp count. If you order a meal, order the house salad...
Four people at the table. Two meals came out. 10 minutes later ONE meal comes out. After several requests, the waiter brought out the wrong meal for the fourth person! This was more than 20 minutes after the first TWO were delivered. Hr sent it back. When the waiter brought the check to the table he said I took the price for your meal and salad off the check . What a wonderful decision!!! NO ONE from management or hostess came to the table to apologize for the error or offer any compensation. Even if the food had been better than ok we will never go back.

The whole experience was excellent from the time we went until we left. Our server was friendly and always there at the right times. The food was homemade and ingenious. You could say that everyone was proud, regardless of his role. Will definitely go back

Our drinks were terrific, white Russian and amaretto with oj. Salad was so fresh, bread was warm dipping sauce was tasty, borh entrees were great. The seating, ambiance and server were all great. Everyone was friendly and attentive. We plan on going back!
So glad to have Firenze in our neighborhood. It's exactly the kind of restaurant Reisterstown needs! Loved the food, wait staff was great and such a pretty restaurant! Want to try brunch the next time!
