Der Empfang war freundlich. Die Lokalität zwischen den Häusern der Altstadt ist ebenfalls nett und gibt einiges her. Aber: Als der bestellte Fitnessteller mit Pouletbrust serviert wurde, waren wir ganz und gar nicht mehr zufrieden. Das Fleisch war mehr als unterdurchschnittlich klein, überdies trocken und zäh (und wir wagen zu bezweifeln, dass es wie in der Speisekarte aufgeführt tatsächlich vom Grill kam). Dazu einige grüne Salatblätter, ein bisschen Mais aus der Konserve und spärliche Karottenstreifen. Wir finden: Eine absolute Frechheit für CHF 30.50 (Poulet kommt übrigens aus Brasilien)! Geht’s noch? Leider wieder ein treffendes Beispiel, wie man es in der Gastronomie auf keinen Fall mac...
This is a simple restaurant with a good service (not common in switzerland). It might be not the best pizza or pasta ever but to be in the german part of the confederation it is quite good. The crew is always helpful, they speak german, english and italian. The prices are in the middle range of the town, nice location during the summer with the tables in the pedestrian street. Recommended
The food is always good but last time we went , we sat in the wine bar next door and were served 6 plates 3 starters 3 main courses) by a waiter who apparently hadn't been trained to wear his mask properly. I am pretty sure the rules in Switzerland are that a waiter HAS to wear a mask at all times.....Well not in Fischmart that is very upsetting as a potential contaminated customer.
Overrated and extremly highly priced for poorly prepared food. Ordered a grilled fish platter served with seasonal vegetables , cost CHF 49.50. Fish filet was panfried with bones, squid was fried, octopus was chewy. The dish was smeared with tomatoes probably from heated in a pan. The dish was bland and just a sad experience. Mit freiem Blick auf die historische Fassade des Rathauskeller kann man hier draussen eine sehr fein italienische Küche degustieren. Dar Risotto wie auch die Pizzas liessen keine Wünsche übrig. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn die anderen Restaurants, die näher beim Seeufer sind, ausgebucht sind.
