I’m surprised at how frequently I end up visiting this black-owned restaurant despite consistently disappointing customer service. The younger staff are always friendly and enjoyable to talk to, but the lady manager or owner has a negative attitude and delivers poor service. It often feels like the younger employees are frustrated by her behavior. She seldom smiles or greets customers, often responds with brief answers, and seems to treat us like an inconvenience. I never write reviews but I?ve been coming to this location for years because it is local. However after today I will not be returning, the manager is RUDE always has been but today was my final straw. It doesn?t take much to smile and say hello tosomeone. If you?re that miserable don?t work in customer service. Or better yet RETIRE!!!!
Rita’s Italian Ice is fantastic! I absolutely love their Italian ice and ice cream—especially the ice cream! The lines are quick, and the staff is always friendly. There’s always room for more Rita’s!

The machine broke down during my visit, but the staff managed it expertly and had it fixed in just 10 minutes. The custard was absolutely delicious!
Friendly staff. Location is always clean and well maintained. Usually have an excellent variety of flavors available. Ample parking.
