Suggestions: If someone orders a more time consuming item, make that first and then the easier ones. Or if you make the easy ones first, let the customers enjoy them while waiting. When the customer is smiling and saying thank you, please, etc. it is nice to give them in return. Greeting customers and asking what they would like upon walking up is ideal instead of just opening the window and standing there without saying a word. Our plain custards sat behind the screen window melting while another part of our order was made. The girl barely said anything or spoke to where we could hear her during the entire exchange. Super amazing staff! There are no complaints from me! They gave us pretty good quantity’s! The only thing is the presentation of the food wasn’t so good! But it tasted so good either way! Also they had the tip jar behind the screen door so I wasn’t able to really even tip. So just a little concern I had there, might want to move it out. Also the lady at the front didn’t seem super friendly. I guess she was tired! But that’s all! Thanks for the great experience!

It was my first time there. I arrived right before some others but the others were waited on before me. The only reason I said nothing was because I didn't know what I wanted. The girl that waited on me was nice knowledgeable even though Rita's is pricey I will be back

Fresh ice, delicious custard. We came from new jersey and arrived just as they were closing hoping we could order quicky and the employees stayed and served us and it made our night and our week nd trip in Delaware!

I and my son went to a reward. I like how they let you taste a taste before you get it. I have root beer. My son has Cholocate Cholocate chip. He liked him. And I enjoyed mine.

I love their Ice Flights. It is such a wonderful way to experience flavors I might want to but had not previously tried. Pretty good price. I love it.
