I recently ordered dinner for delivery from this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food did not meet my expectations at all—it was bland and unappetizing. On top of that, the service wasn't any better; my order took much longer than estimated to arrive, and when I reached out for assistance, the response was unhelpful. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
The food was outstanding, and I have no complaints in that respect. However, I found the service to be quite disappointing. There was a tall, heavyset woman who seemed to have little understanding of proper customer service. When I walked in, she looked at me as if I were going to ask her for money. What kind of customer service is that? This initial interaction set a negative tone for the rest of my experience. I hope a manager reads this feedback and takes the necessary steps to address it.
The food here is delicious and the prices are quite reasonable. The restaurant itself is clean, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. There’s a skinny white girl with brown hair who spends most of her time on her cell phone and responds very reluctantly. She didn’t pay attention to my order and ended up getting it wrong. Fortunately, what I received was good, but the owners really need to focus on improving the service. Food: 5, Atmosphere: 2.
I was taken aback by how pricey this restaurant is—$36 just for the service! It's hard to say what’s worse: the steep prices or the service itself. Numerous comments have pointed out the tall, rude blonde waitress who clearly has a poor attitude toward customers. I suspect she might be the owner or the owner's partner. Although the food is fantastic, I can't recommend this place because of the unsatisfactory service and high costs.

The best ribs I have ever eaten in my life… I can't go to Perth Amboy without eating my favorite ribs there… and the service is unique and above all personal since it is direct from the owners… I recommend them 100%… change your way of thinking by eat their delicious, fresh and healthy 100% charcoal grills and the best thing is their low prices and the abundance of their dishes...
