I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The kitchen was not clean, and I have photos and videos to back that up. The owner showed unprofessional and dishonest behavior. While she initially appeared friendly, her demeanor changed significantly when I raised my concerns, leading to an unpleasant interaction.
This shared kitchen space is amazing, catering to progressive and open-minded individuals eager to launch their food ventures. However, the management team could use some improvement.
