I called in an order, the lady couldn’t get my order right for nothing in the world. Then the stuff I told her I wanted added to my order she told me I didn’t tell her that when I clearly stated 3 to 4 times what I wanted. I told her don’t worry with the order cause she couldn’t get it right and she got an attitude and hung up in my face. Not all of them but most of them mainly always have a bad attitude and I will never eat there again and also the place needs a deep cleaning. Go luck yall eating there.

Amazing their food is always fabulous and at very reasonable prices. Crawfish etoufee, shrimp stew, fish, poboys, and hamburgers are especially great. Always friendly quick service. Strongly recommend, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Home of the best burger in West Baton Rouge!! River Queen’s Ida burger is so incredibly delicious. I also recommend the onion rings and their malts and shakes. My go-to is a cherry malt. Service is always great too. I love this place.

They get a lot of worker business. After lunch hours they run out of certain food items. Also it appear that they change employees often thus service suffers. Parking: Sometimes you have to park on shoulder of the road. Reserva una mesa ahora

Service has always been friendly, even on those hot Louisiana days where you know they don't want to open that window and let the heat in lol.Food is good and fresh and they have the best soft serve around.

Best milkshakes on the west side of the river in my opinion. Always kind staff, but I just asked for my fries to be made crispy, and they were perfect!
