We booked our wedding Aug 2019 for 6/12/21. When COVID met, it was a big concern what would happen. The Riviera team answered all our questions, were very responsive, easy to work. We had decided to cut our rate list when all restrictions were lifted, the Riviera has still honored our guest list. Samantha is absolutely amazing. Such a sweet, patient, professional but friendly personality. She made things so easy, was so pleasant recording. When I broke my decorations, I didn't even instruct them what I had to do with them. We married on 7/16/2021 after the original booking for 7/11/2020, and we are so happy with the service we received from the Riviera. We felt so worried about the second we went through the door, like our family and friends. We didn't worry about a single thing all night when our decorations were beautifully designed, the food was amazing, and there was no second that we had no drink in our hands thanks to our participants. Thank you to the Riviera Team!
Came here for a wedding tonight and immediately had to share some thoughts. Beautiful event, professional staff and incredible atmosphere. In particular, our server Jason was very attentive and accommodating. I could say that Jason wanted to make sure that all our needs were done so that we could have a good time and because of him, we have!
The Riviera is our FAVORITE VENUE! We don't just say our office is in Massapequa. This place has everything. Immaculate terrain. Perfect place for ceremony. Amazing cocktail hour setup. Breathe with water view. Eat to tell your friends, and especially... friendly staff! We LIEBE work here!
