This family restaurant with decades of history and numerous appearances in cinema and television, with only seven tables, two bosses and employees, has been on the list of restaurants recommended by Michelin for several years. Many stars are his fans, especially I treat my idol, Jean Reynolds, almost every time he comes to Carcassonne to go eat at home. To enter the restaurant, you have to ring at the door: the boss introduces a narrow alley and a small kitchen, which is full of reward certificates for many years and a group photo of many celebrities after dinner. The room has been furnished for decades and the old refrigerator phonograph is easy to take people to this simple and refined age...

The meal we have just made will be one of my best culinary experiences. The last we did in Paris cost us almost 5 times more expensive and left me a less expensive memory! The kitchen is tasty and full of generosity from very muddy and authentic ingredients, as found only in the large tables. The chef has a lot of talent and his wife who serves in the room is of a discretion and a gentleness that participates fully in pleasure. The retro decor is full of charm, we have space, the music is discreet and complete the undeniably representative painting of the quality traditional French cuisine we have already nostalgia. Bravo!!!

Once the door is crossed, the decoration plunges you 100 years back. Attention to those who do not have the appetite, are delicious dishes! In the entrance my omelette with the bits and truffle was delicious but would have made a full meal in normal time. The duck thigh was as good as the dessert with probably the largest strawberry plate ever eaten with an ice ball to fall! . An address that made me travel, perhaps less large portions, would reduce the particularly salty addition. PS for at least 15 minutes to read the hallucinating card!!

Very disappointed in this restaurant! Horribly expensive for dishes not at all at the height. In addition, this restaurant highlights its vegetarian vegetarian cuisine and as vegetarians, we were entitled to steam cooked vegetables, without accompaniment or careful presentation, all for 30€ the plate! We're not going to a restaurant that says bistronomic to have steamed vegetables... I really don't recommend it.

A surrealist map of traditional products with flavors reinvented by a magician of taste. Robert lets us discover a cuisine full of flavor and delicacy made of subtle associations served in very generous dishes. The prize is at the height of the artist's talent. Unmissable restaurant in the southwest.

would have won 4 stars if his menu at the summer truffle (insipid by the way) had not been charged to 85 euros... Many more disappointing gourmet restaurants remain more realistic on their rates... He could have offered 2 cafés to 320 euros for 3 people. To meditate on gastronomy and bioastronomie...

Very nice culinary experience. Authentic and refined at a time (we speak well of the Cassoulet, tripes, etc., dishes from the country served to authenticity, not destructed, but all in refinement).
