I didn't have high expectations for a restaurant in a strip mall, but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere at this place. The service was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated that the menu specials were displayed on a tablet with pictures. This made it easy to decide what to order. We ended up ordering more than we planned because everything looked so delicious. The restaurant gets pretty lively, so be prepared to speak up and bring a bottle of wine. The food was amazing - make sure to try all the appetizers, especially the mushroom ravioli with truffle cream sauce, the risotto, and the decadent desserts. You won't regret it.
During my recent visit, I found the food to be quite good. I appreciated that they displayed pictures of the dishes on an iPad. This was my second time dining here. The calamari appetizer was decently sized but was a bit too salty due to the soy sauce. It was tasty, but I have had better elsewhere. The fish special of the evening was priced at $38 and came in a small portion. The polenta was outstanding. Overall, the food was enjoyable and it was evident that they put effort into their ingredients and combinations. However, there was nothing particularly outstanding that would make me want to return quickly.
I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. They were attentive without hovering. The only thing that detracted from a perfect rating was that it was extremely loud. However, that won't stop us from coming back. The fact that it's BYOB made it very affordable as well. The truffle oil cream sauce had a lack of substance and depth considering the premium price. The spaghetti and meatballs were also lacking in flavor. Additionally, a young child at the front of the restaurant was making racist remarks about names from other cultures instead of simply handing customers their food. Overall, our high expectations were unfortunately not met.

All around great food, service and atmosphere. I thought my portion was a little small so they brought me a second portion at no charge. Great customer service. The Penne Vodka was absolutely delicious and comforting. I decided to add shrimp to it, which was definitely the right choice. I was in town for work, but if I lived here, this would definitely be a restaurant I would frequent.
