Rocatone Seafood Restauran

I ordered Oxtail for $22 carried it all the way home just to find out it's all bones, not meat. I called the store, told them and stop ordering there. After about a year, I went back and ordered Oxtail again hoping that things will be better, but it's even worse. They gave me just some few bones again. I paid $22 for it and I was starving even before I finished eating. I later had to go to the deli. Please don't waste your money here, the place looks nice but the service is horrible.

Please stop making the big macaroni and cheese - it is the worst I have ever tasted. It is disgusting. Whoever made this needs to take a cooking class just for baked macaroni and cheese. The roti could have been better. It wasn't the best. I don't know what happened to Rocatone, but it seems like there may be different management now. Their food used to be consistently good, but now it is just a miss every time.

They have consistently shown that there is no real difference between a size small meal and medium meal… I recommend always to get a small or a large.. or just pay the extra money at gold star down the street and get the portion you deserveParking: Location is perfect for foot traffic but if your trying to get food between 9am and 7p

I visited Rocatone today August 5, 2023. I ordered the large seafood soup and there were absolutely no seafood in the soup. I paid $10 and change for broth. Corn plantains and I don't know what that Other thing was something like potatoes. It was a lot of that in the soup. Why call it seafood soup if there's no seafood involved? Reserva una mesa ahora

In general, the food at this restaurant is good. However, there are some days when they may overlook order notes, skimp on meat, or the overall taste may not be as great. Despite these occasional mishaps, the food is generally pretty good. It is considered the best restaurant in the area.

My go to spot in the Bronx. Been coming for years. Now I don't get to order as much since I am in Westchester county. On a recent visit I was pleasantly happy to know the food is still great quality. I am never disappointed with their food.
