Breakfast was ruined after waiter mixed up my order with my friend and then did nothing to rectify their mistake except give a reluctant 'sorry'. Then when we went to pay, it was double the price it was meant to be and the staff apparently couldn't even refund it back!! She then tried to charge us to extra food we hadn't ordered and said there was a drink we still hasn't paid for once we were finished. All of these mistakes may have been forgivable if they had at least been apologetic. Worst customer service I have ever experienced as they put in no effort at all to fix their mistakes or apologize. Enjoyed a family meal here last night. My teenage son was delighted to see crocodile burger on the menu and was keen to try. He said croc patty was tender and tasty. I had nachos with pulled beef, beef was a little sweet for my taste but overall the dish was okay. Service was fine, lots of rock n roll memorabilia adorned the walls and video clips played on the large screen TV,s. As we were leaving a musician started to play at the front of the restaurant.
After and hours wait in a near empty cafe 2 adult meals were delivered. "Buffalo Wings" appeared to have not been prepped, full chicken wings that tasted like they had been microwaved from frozen, no frying, no flavour. Steamed vegetables consisted of 1 broccoli florette, roast potato should be relabled raw potato. Kids meals arrived about 20mins after adult meals, these are the ones that garnished the 2 stars. Horrible food.
Have been here twice now. The fist time my husband and I were seated hr waited 20 minutes before we decided to leave as no one on our order. A few months late friends and I did to try it. Arrived here at 8pm, had to ask for waitress to take our order at 815pm, entrees came out at 9pm and main meals at 930pm. While meals had flavour and taste they were not great in size. Very disappointed and will not be returning

We ate here rather than wait for a table at the popular restaurant two doors down. Wished we had waited. The pizza was definitely not the thin crust promised (and made me envious eyeing off the pizza at the neighbours as we left). The topping was edible but not memorable. The pasta won the approval of the less fussy teen. As did the lava cake ( I would have sent it back as there was no liquid centre).
We stopped there yesterday and decided to have some lunch, Meals are all pretty well priced and service from the young english lady was good. The cheese burger was pretty average with not much taste and the same with the fish and chips . Nice location to sit and eat or drink .Live music was about to begin as we were leaving .
We went to this cafe for lunch on a Sunday. There wasn't many people in the restaurant so we thought it would be good to get a quick bite to eat because we hadn't been here before. The food was delicious and the waitress was nice however it took a very long time for us to get our meals.
Lovely lady served us, could not fault her service, she was attentive, happy and polite. Food came out quickly although there was only us and another group of 3 people dining at the time. This was for brekkie. Food was average, nothing special, but also a decent price so no complaints.

Eat the crocodila pasta. Was delicious !! Nice poeple working there and the restaurant is really cool. Had a good time there and spent not so much money in a meal. I highly recommend this place for a lunch or even for dinner.
