Rocking Horse Bakery

That was our first visit to Winthrop. We decided to have breakfast here before we go to N. Cascades Park. In Winthrop we found it hard to find a fast breakfast restaurant. After searching for a while we found this bakery. They offered the typical fast breakfast dinners such as sandwiches, bagels, coffee, etc. We got the sausage and egg sandwiches, and they were fantastic. Also the coffee was great. Food is also cheap. We got our meal and then went to their beautiful outdoor seating area. Make sure you get there early enough, because when we arrived at 9 a.m., most popular sandwiches disappeared. One of my top list coffee shops not only in Winthrop but in most of washington. That’s probably an overstatement though. Lol. I love the vibe, the backyard seating with river views. The openness inside. Coffee was good. I did ask for an iced drink and clarified that twice but they made me a hot drink. Lol they did offer to make it no problem, but I was undecided so I wanted to keep the hot drink. Also, the reason why this is switched to 4 stars instead of 5 is a worker there was without a bra, I just find that unprofessional. My wife and I were both disappointed by that.

Such a good local bakery! At the Hot Air Balloon Festival, I'm so glad I did. I have a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and it was absolutely delicious. We also packed a variety of pastries and they were all freshly baked with delicious fruits and ingredients. Customer service was great! I also enjoyed their selection of hot teas.

Love love loves this place. Bought two bags of coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was good. They had gluten-free selection. Many options. Recommended for a good coffee shop in the area. Super cute Filial Front, and the interior is sweet and also refined. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very good coffee. Nice ambience. It would be a pleasant place to sit and some time away. Large selection of pastries, bread and sandwiches, although we did not try them. Stone sits back by the river. best coffee in Winthrop award winner.

Excellent front of house staff, delicious iced mochas, and the chocolate cheesecake cupcakes are heavenly! And don't skip the cinnamon rolls! It's a charming small town bakery with a sophisticated vibe.

Great selection of good bakery items. Went Sunday morning and was pretty busy but line moved pretty quick.
