many thanks to brian for the delicious mother's lunch. everything on the menu was made perfect! the bruschetta on roasted brot, the lachs with dill on pumpernickel toast, beautiful salat with mais and economical was excellent! then to the main dishes were the plank salmon, the rubbed ribs so tender and that truffle mac and be so delicious! and dessert .these chocolate covered strawberries were huge and so juicy! I'm glad I found you and you're so close!!! we were 5 people and there are still rest!

Hired Rockland Roots for an alumni event in Harriman State Park. Sales staff was very helpful and professional from start to finish. Prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. On site staff cheerfully troubleshooted and collaborated with our team when the outdoor venue ended up presenting some challenges. Food was delicious and enjoyed by all. Will definitely use Rockland Roots again in the future.

We had Rockland Roots here for a 30th birthday party. From the first inquiry to the follow ups as we were planning the event it couldn't have gone any easier. The food was fantastic, the staffs' attitude and timely arrival and delivery of the food was top notch. The chef and bartender were the best! We will use Rockland Roots for other events to be sure! We highly recommend them!

Rockland Roots catered a 100+ Engagement Party at my house September 2019. The menu was varied and extensive. There were several courses. The food and service were amazing and our guests were very pleased. The food truck added to the party fun! It was a pleasure working with Chef Brian and Christine. Thank You Rockland Roots!!!

I was afraid to order in the food. but you do it right. many thanks for a meal from the service. it was amazing and I needed urgently laughs that I did not stay home with much left. $45 will cover us twice. Many thanks.
