Lovely interior, although if you struggle with stairs you should request a ground floor table. Slightly aggressive air con, but the staff did adjust it for us. Fabulous selection of fish and sea food, steaks, and one or two vegetarian options. I couldn't see anything vegan. Food was tasty and clearly prepared with love. I had a risotto that was nice and creamy. Service was good but occasionally slow. It was pretty popular for a mid week evening, so booking is advised. This fantastic independent restaurant serves delicious dishes made with high-quality ingredients. I had a very enjoyable evening, with the fish and steak cooked to perfection. The standout dish for me was the Cromer crab scotch egg, which was incredibly tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Overall, I would give it a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.
I had a wonderful dining experience. The goat cheese tart was superb, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The lobster was also delicious and the portions were just right. The service was good, and the wine selection was high quality and affordable. Wow. As a longtime seafood lover, this was my first time here and it definitely won't be my last. The food was excellent. I had a three-course meal and the quality was consistently good across all courses. The seafood was cooked to perfection, the service was great, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Just like Arnie, I'll definitely be back!
