My extreme excitement to try this new location became a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience from the moment I walk in. The cashier having difficulties with the register asking the cook what to do? The cook not knowing and calling the manager. I figured technical difficulties and kept my cool. Meanwhile speaking with the owner/manager asking what he recommends. I place my order and waited additional time for the workers to get situated. This place has a lot of variety. Customer service is average. This place is busy which means its pretty good. I ordered a breakfast burrito. It was 6.99 kind of small though, hash browns were undercooked. My wife ordered a chocomilk it was good but nothing special to keep us coming. This place has a lot of options and they have specific names so its a little confusing to know what you want. I would eat here again if i am in the area but i wouldnt go out of my way to come here. The red salsa was good though.
Dining here has generally been a pleasant experience, but my recent visit was disappointing. The carne asada I had consisted mostly of fat, with very little actual meat. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The receptionist should aim to greet customers warmly and humanely, rather than in a robotic manner. A simple, friendly greeting would go a long way. I hope this feedback is helpful for your establishment.
Jugos Acapulco is great not just because they have amazing fresh juices but because they open way earlier than everyone else! I start at 7 and all the fancy juice places don't open til 9. Jugos has way better quality juice and they open at 6! They have a bunch of set ingredients juices or you can make your own blend! Highly recommend !

Food is normally delicious here lately though, the meat has been just fat with hardly any meat on Carne asada. Customer service was not well. The lady at the front desk should Greet customers as a human not in a robotic way and just say, what do youwant or que quieres with an attitude. Hope this review helps your business.
This place is awesome!!! The food is delicious and the juices are also great! Definitely will come back here. Everything seems very freshly made. We got the Vampiro, my mom got the green juice (didnt get a picture of it) and my daughter got a strawberry smoothie. ??
I always enjoy visiting Licuados for their fruit salads. My favorite is the binic. Their tortas are also delicious, and the staff is very knowledgeable. They offer combination plates featuring dishes like chile rellenos, enchiladas, and much more.
The restaurant offers large plates suitable for gatherings or sharing. The food is fresh and delicious, and the juices are impressively crafted. However, the parking situation can be quite chaotic.

Amazing dining experience! The owners must be incredibly proud to have such a fantastic restaurant. The delicious wings are a must-try. This is my favorite spot in Santa Ana!
