we enjoyed the vinegar tasting! I'm still curious how their saltable works: can you try the many different salts? for these attractions I am interested to visit this restaurant again! but we came here above all to have an early evening meal: we found the food we ordered to be a bit saltier when we were used to it. If we had perhaps worked up more welding during our pre-dinner change, would we have had to fill up more electrolytes? we had the daily special and some chürbissuppä with potter. the gmicky winter leaf salad was great! like the brot. when I return, I will try to have a talk about salt: to find the saltable and to find an article on the menu that suits my palate better.

very good homemade meals with robust and versatile seasonal selection also for vegetarians. we are coming back!
