The Teuber now has half an eternality in Leichlingen, the small tranquil, nice village on the Wupper. For me, the Schlemmereck is one of the last bastions of German food culture, far away from prefabricated bulls, factory carvings, convenience products for fast food and fake kebap. In the Schlemmereck of Rolf Teuber there are still good Tatar and onions, genuine homemade frikadellen, hand-kloped schnitzel, freshly prepared in the pan, tasty hunter sauce as well as chickens and chick.
