I always have a good experience coming here. As a tradesperson, its important for me to receive knowledgeable assistance. Employees are able to explain new products and provide knowledge based on real experience. Some items can cost a little more but the experience I have at Home Hardware makes up for that.

Manager “Phil” gave me 10% off my order at the till because the ticketed label wasn’t very well explained. A couple of the staff were a tad rude in their explanation but the cashier and the manager were top notch! Because of the manager and the cashier I would recommend this place!

Came in for water/ice hookup supplies for new refrigerator. Staff were very helpful, and knew exactly what I needed. Everything was in stock. I had gone to Home Depot before that, and staff were not knowledgeable. Great service at Home Hardware.
