I was going to buy food today at this restaurant, but I saw the chinese lady who deny me extra teriyaki sauce after I offer to pay for it not caring about the charge about a year ago. I 'm still upset over this because I had been to this restaurant numerous times and she had told me she couldn 't because there was a shortage in teriyaki sauce. This is my 1st review ever written towards a restaurant and I 'm only posting this because someone else made a valid point to me about customer service and why I should do this. I didn 't do this review for any benefit, but simply to point out the fact that if I felt this way about being a regular customer for so many years, then maybe someone else fee...
I roll up (pun intended) and order the Lunch Combo A with a side of Miso Soup and a California roll. I give them a crispy $11 dollar bill and they hand me some change back. The line moves very fast and their orders are always fast. I haven't tried their other sushi rolls but for a quick lunch spot this place is the place to go. Amazing food, feels like a family member made it for you. Their gyoza, soft, crispy and filled with amazing-ness. Same thing with their roll and their salads are always fresh. Miso soup is always hot and good. Their California roll will be the same everywhere, nice portions and comes with a side of wasabi and some radish. Chicken goes HARD and with their spicy mayo it...
Rating two stars because the food is good and priced fair. The service on the other hand is not so good. They have messed up my order up two times. last time I called to let them know, all I got was a argument over a 7$ roll. I was simply trying to state my order was wrong and would like to place another roll. Instead of moving forward we had to talk about what he heard me say when I called.(Sir if you read this I order the same thing every time... and this happens, it's okay, but not okay how you handled the call).
This is by far, one of the better fast food Japanese joints around. The service is friendly and the food is made to order. However, the wait times can be quite long due to the surge of customers during lunchtime, as with any other place. Order ahead of time if you get a chance, they also have really good deals on lunch specials. update Not as good as it used to be and no more lunch specials it seems. It appears ownership has changed over the years, how unfortunate.

Asian cashier lady is rude. Price of food is great but the customer service is really bad. The lady is discriminatory and didn’t wanna give me the prepackaged sauces when she gave some to the customer before me. Then proceeded to ask why I asked for sauces when I went to use the bottle to put more on my food. Said the containers are expensive… I would literally buy them if they were sold? You can tell she has biases for certain groups of people. Do better.
3.5 stars Ordered veggie egg rolls and veggie tempura. The egg rolls were just okay. Basic and fried with veggies in them. The veggie tempura was tasty and fresh. The restaurant was dark and uninviting. The chairs were not situated so someone could sit and eat. It was basically order to go. I wanted to sit down and enjoy the food.
Can't go wrong here. With the rising cost of food, it's really hard to find quality sushi for a reasonable price. This place has good quality and great price.
Never disappoints.Quality rolls, great service, and very quick. Rolls are small, but price makes it worth it. My sister and I come regularly and love it!

This place is great and the food is awesome. There is no in dining sitting yet (covid) but it doesn't take from the friendliness and the awesome food
