Roma Little Italy on Fayette St. will never get my business again. I order from here often but today I will never do it again. They delivered the wrong food to my job. I ordered honey old bay wings and I received chicken tenders. I was on the phone with them for 35 minutes to prove that this occurred. First they told me that the chef said he fixed the correct food. I had to screen shot the chicken tenders and my receipt. Then they come back to the phone and admit that it was their fault but they do not have enough drivers and unable to send the correct food. I ordered a pizza with chicken, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. When I got my order there was no chicken on the pizza. I also ordered the catfish which they clearly state comes with fries and a soda. I didn't get the fries nor the soda. When I called the store the guy I spoke to said I didn't order chicken on my pizza, which is a lie because it is clear as day on my receipt. He also said the catfish comes by itself, on the app (I used Uber eats) the menu state that the catfish comes with fries and soda. Maybe because I just moved back from the west coast that my standards are a little low, but I really enjoy their pizza and their hoagies. Aside from the odd 40+ year old delivery driver texting my gf and telling her she was beautiful (LOL) everything else was great. Service is usually pretty quick and they have good specials. Their 16” hoagies are two 8” hoagies separated. Which is f**king brilliant. I order it and stick one in the fridge and have lunch the next day. Worth it for $12.99!
I stopped in for lunch and ordered a cheese fish sub. It was good, cooked exactly the way I requested. The owner was friendly and offered a free drink even though my order didn't come with one. The place is small, with a few parking spaces out from on Fayette St. The neighborhood and outside elements were sketchy even in middle of week during the day. The prices were good and place was decent for quick lunch pickup.

Great subs. Italian and America food. Great location and easy to see on the main street. However, they also do deliveries in a timely fashion. I ate well. I ordered a cheeseburger sub added beacon lettuce tomato and mustard. I was quite pleased with the taste timing and quality. Good eats to you and yours. I hope this helps you to make a good selection from the extensive and wide variety menu.
They charged me yesterday on 09/04/2022 never got my food because they gave it to the wrong person then they were suppose to deliver to me again and then said they had to cancel because of traffic told me call for a refund next day i called today and now no one answering the phone so I can get my refund
Ordered a pizza one side vegetarian and the other half pepperoni and it was not what was delivered I am so upset that I will not be ordering here again.. Not only was the pizza not what I had expected , but it was also cold when delivered.
