We decided to go because Cranford had Restaurant Week and Romola’s was a participant. OMG how come we never went before? The food was delicious, beautifully presented and we ate every bite. Highly recommend the short ribs, tuna, mussels and eggplant rollatini. I am sure everything else is equally fabulous but these were our evening meals. Well worth it we will be back.
Super cute, food is always very delish! We tried their prefix menu for the first time last night. Smaller portions, but we were full at the end of the meal. Well worth the try, but next time we will go back to regular meals. The owner is always nice as is his staff. It’s also in a great spot, Cranford is a great town to walk around in!
Great food, great service, wonderful people. We ate outside for pandemic reasons, and even though it was after rush hour the street noise is there. But the food, the helpful staff, the warm personalities, and their willingness to accommodate us makes them a real treasure to enjoy!
What an excellent find. Seafood was fresh and deliciously seasoned. Staff was attentive and charming. I will definitely be going back! Also it’s BYOB so that alone takes a good chunk of the bill and puts it back in my pocket! Give them a try. I wholeheartedly recommend them! Reserva una mesa ahora
The ambiance was very nice, but the scallop dish was just all right. I thought the scallops were a bit small and didn't taste great and the rice wasn't that great either. This is my first time so maybe it was just that dish.
The service was lackluster. Oysters were terrible and overpriced. Seafood crepes were way too salty. Creme brûlée and cappuccino were cold. Positive was the osso bucco.
As always the food was delicious...we truly enjoyed the evening...a quaint place perfect for date night or friends to have a lovely dinner.
