The vibe of this rooftop was great great scenery and setup. However, the service and food were poor. I requested my eggs (we had brunch) to be fried, extra hard and when received was over easy, very runny. I sent it back and they returned with the same eggs. Sent it back again and they returned with the same so I just didn't eat the eggs. We had a party of four, two of the entrees came out and the other two came out around 15 minutes later one which was the lox plate (nothing cooked). Terrible service. Waitress never came to the table for at least 45 minutes and kept forgetting our drinks and food orders. Made a reservation expecting a table outside and got neither of those. Very small portion of room is actually outside like being on a roof. Group of 9 squeezed onto two couches with only 4 tiny end tables that couldnât fit our food and drinks. Was told we at least had the whole middle section of seating for our group but they started seating other people on one side. Didnât have drinks on the menu we wanted. Food came out late after others had already finished theirs. Way over priced. Small menu and they expect you to order a âminimumâ which is your total prepaym...
Whoever our waitress was, she completely ignored us the entire happy hour. At one point I did make contact with someone and asked for a to go box and she said okay but then walked past our table 4 times without even acknowledging my request. I waived a manager, Carla to assist and she took our order. The only bright side was that our meal was comped due to the horrible service experience. Still I’m never going back.
eating had no taste. too loud. not ideal if you want a talk with people at the table. poor service. sitting outside had tables that are not suitable for eating. not a great view of the city.
