Rook Coffee offers a simple menu and exceptional coffee! It’s my daily morning ritual before work, just a short walk from my place. At first, I was hesitant because of the limited choices, but now I’m a loyal fan—so much so, I even have a Rook bumper sticker! If you like sweeter coffee, I highly recommend trying their lattes with agave or sampling their seasonal sweet flavors. Also, don’t miss the Kouign-Amann pastry and cranberry scone—they’re absolutely delicious!
I often stop by Rook for a morning boost before class. You can't go wrong with any of their coffees; I've been a fan for years. Their seasonal offerings are particularly delicious. I usually opt for the black New Orleans cold brew. The only reason I rated them 4 stars is that the service can be a bit slow when I order my black coffee. Aside from that, I highly recommend Rook. They also have small pastries and some merchandise, which seems popular with customers.
Came here to get a cup of coffee and was met by an impatient counter girl that expected me to understand and use their invented barista vernacular. I should have known at that moment because the coffee was worse than the customer service. I know a good coffee and the product these guys put out there is an embarrassment. Steer clear. Dunkin might honestly just be a better option.

The blonde staff member at Rook Coffee today could improve on their customer interaction. There was no "thank you," no "you're welcome," and not even a simple "have a nice day." They’re definitely not someone I would want representing my store. I honestly felt like an unwelcome guest. On a positive note, the cinnamon vanilla cold brew from their menu was absolutely delicious.
I used to be a big fan of another coffee chain that starts with a "D," but then I discovered Rook and it completely changed my mind. Rook's coffee is so delectable that I can't go back to anything else. Just yesterday, I ordered a traditional ice cream coffee, and it was the best I've had in a long time. Thank you for consistently serving delicious coffee with a smile!
Rook Coffee has an amazing vibe you can sense through the efficient team, the clean and inviting space, and of course, the fantastic coffee! I tried the New Orleans Style iced coffee, and the chicory flavor was bold and exceptional. Interestingly, I haven’t had coffee this good even in New Orleans. Colts Neck is a wonderful spot—keep up the great work!
Excellent coffee, chill vibe. I love the Turkish with half half. I just wish there were more stores than just in a concentrated section around the shore. Their presentation suggests they'll grow soon enough. A good quality cup o' Joe for $2 full dollars less than Snootbucks! Reserva una mesa ahora
Delicious coffee and amazing staff! Just keep in mind that the focus here is on coffee. They offer a few baked goods, but there's no seating or WiFi available. However, you can often enjoy some great music while you sip your drink!
