My three friends and I went to Rookies All American Pub Grill after a concert at NOW Arena. We called ahead to confirm the kitchen was still open and were told we could order until 11:50. On our way there, we tried calling again but got no answer. When we arrived at 11:39 and told the host we wanted to eat, he assured us it wouldn’t be an issue. However, we struggled to get a server’s attention and were eventually told at 11:52 that it was too late to place an order. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I had a group of 16 people, and we called ahead to inform them of our arrival time. When we got there, our table wasn't ready, and we ended up waiting while they seated smaller parties of 4 to 6 before us. After a long wait, we decided to leave and went to Claim Jumper, where we were seated immediately and received excellent service with delicious food. It seems like they didn't want our $600, as they kept seating others who were mostly ordering the $1 chicken sandwiches. Very disappointing experience.
I visited for lunch on a Saturday, and the restaurant was quite busy. I would only give it three stars because of the staff. The host was friendly and made sure to accommodate my family, including our baby. Our server was also very polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations; the portions were small and didn't match the prices. I would suggest trying a different location!
A group of us visited Rookies All American Pub Grill on Wednesday night for their $1 hamburger special. Despite being short-staffed, the service and our waitress were excellent. The food from the menu was delicious, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinners. The atmosphere was comfortable, with music at a perfect volume, allowing us to have conversations without raising our voices.

The food was OK, I had a Italian beef with peppers. Size was good but it was not warm. Sevice was good but the prices just to high for the menu. To bad we used to go there alot.
my family was put into a corner booth. completely ignored. A big party came in after we sat down and was offered drinks before anyone noticed we had nothing.
Wings were good. The bartender couldn't careless. She had the old old school veteran mentality. Buy again the food was good.
Awful wait staff host sat us then waited about 15 mins and no one even came for our drinks walked out.
