I order from Roosevelt's Deli a few times a year, and every time I remember why I don’t order more often. They always seem to forget part of my order! When I call to address it, they promise to credit me, but I've never actually received any compensation for the missing items. Today, I tried their special—Turkey with cranberry and cornbread stuffing—and I’m still waiting to find the cranberries. Frustrating.
I visited Roosevelt's Deli on Wednesday around 5:30 and ordered a simple cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes, which was priced at $6.50. I also added a black cherry soda, bringing my total to $9.40. However, when I arrived at my location, I received a slab of frozen, pre-cooked meat on a Kaiser bun with no lettuce or tomato—just all bread and hardly any meat. I definitely won’t be returning.
The food is excellent and reasonably priced. However, the staff changes haven't been for the best. One of the employees seemed unfamiliar with what an Italian Hot Dog is and mistakenly provided me with two Italian Subs instead. Make sure to double-check your order before leaving, especially if you're getting takeout.
If I could give zero stars, I would! The customer service is awful—you're put on hold for ages! They constantly mess up orders and never apologize or seem to care. Delivery always takes forever, and the food isn't even that good. I will never order from this place again! Reserva una mesa ahora
