I called to confirm because the last time we went they had no record of our Open Table reservation saying the "the manager manages it on his his phone and he was not there at the time. Whatever. We were seated and the food was great always. Anyway again no record of our reservations and its New Years Eve! After speaking with the manager they agreed to accommodate us. Sat in the dining area which was cozy. There was a band of guitars that would sing to individual tables, nice and fun. My bf ordered the steak skirt with fries which was delicious and cooked to the right temperature. I had the red snapper which came with a delicious spring mix salad topped with cubed tomatoes and s side of white rice and black beans. Only downfall that I personally has with the snapper was all the bones. Service was ok. After rejecting dessert server walked away. Took about 5- 7 mins just to locate him to get the check.
We have been eating at Terrazza's for many years and have always loved the food and service. We also enjoy dancing when there is live music. Unfortunately, we had to leave early one Saturday because the singer, Chocco, was so loud that our ears were ringing for 20 minutes after he started. We couldn't stay for the DJ and spend two hours in that loud environment.
This place was recommended by several friends. When we arrived there, there was no one at the door and we sat by a food runner. The overall service was very slow, but the food and drinks were pretty good. A multi-table big party came when we went, making it difficult to keep a conversation as they were scattered loudly and everywhere.

We had to go early on Saturday because the singer Chocco was so loud that our ears rang 20 minutes after the start. We couldn't wait 2 hours in this area for the DJ.
First, that was a good experience. The appetizers were good, but the meals were terrible. After paying the bill, we were chased by the waitress and thought we didn't pay. Finally, the signed copy was found after a lot of embedding. That's a terrible setup and I'll never go back here.
