Roosters Market is simply fantastic! We come here at least once or twice every week. They have the best deli selection and the friendliest staff you could ask for. At the front of the store, you’ll find milk, cheese, cold beverages, coffee, and even some household essentials. They also carry a great variety of frozen items. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—kind of like the TV show "Cheers"—because everyone knows you by name, and here, they really do. Frank is our favorite butcher, and we just picked up our Thanksgiving turkey from him. We always get excellent meats and chicken from him; he’s truly top-notch! We absolutely love Roosters Market!
I share the sentiments of the one-star reviews. The staff could be more friendly and welcoming, which likely contributes to my reluctance to visit often. Why should I continue to support this business and spend my money when there seems to be a lack of satisfactory customer service? A simple smile, engaging in small talk, and paying attention to customers can make a big difference. It's important to leave personal issues at home and not let unhappiness or frustration show at work.
They didn't follow my instructions and added bacon. This is the second time I've placed my order this way, and they haven't paid attention to my notes. I would recommend avoiding items that require modifications. I really enjoy the sandwich, but since I don't eat pork, I now have to throw it away for the second time.
When I asked for a second bag for the $55 worth of food I bought, the staff gave me a dirty look, as if those extra 5 cents were a big deal to them. On top of that, I discovered a blonde hair in my Italian bread, which was really unpleasant and definitely not mine.

The owner personally contacted me to explain why they were out of chicken parm sandwiches. I appreciate their effort and am happy to move past it. I'm excited to visit Roosters Market again for a fresh experience!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the portion size was very generous! I was able to enjoy half of it now and save the other half for later. It was a great value with fresh ingredients. Yum!
