Everytime I come in here, it's a different price depending on who is ringing you up. Last time, I had 2 items but the employee rang up 3 things which would make me pay an extra $2.50. While I was staring at the machine, he was smart enough to correct his mistake and clear it before I could mention it. It's enough that I even have this feeling as a customer which turns me away from this place. After going in again today and ordering 1 item, they finally proved my hesitation and it being a different price than last time, I'm done with them forever. By the way, there are way better breakfast sandwhiches around. The bakery next door even makes them!! Delicious and fresh !!!!Oh and just like ever...

the previous employees, the latino, were not the best in socialization, but they were effective at work. they were replaced by orientals who hardly speak English. I asked for pastrami and was served salmon and they are not so good in math either. it's a pity, because they have delicious bagels. We hope they improve.
I have been coming to this restaurant for a while now, but since the staff changed, the service has gotten really bad. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a side of potato skins, but it felt like I paid $6 just for a simple roll with ketchup.

After being closed for months, Flute is finally open again. They have the best tasting bagels in the area, and they even offer rainbow bagels for children. Be prepared for long lines on the weekends as the restaurant is popular among regular patrons.
