The restaurant has limited hours, but we really enjoy the new food truck at this location—great BBQ! We tried the brisket sandwich with crunchy mac and cheese, as well as the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, and both were delicious. We attempted to visit for Taco Tuesday, but unfortunately, they were already closed an hour early by 7 PM when we arrived. It’s tough to keep track of all the places that close early around here, especially during the summer when it stays light out until after 9 PM.

However, when we tried to return on Tuesday for the tacos, we discovered they closed an hour early, at 7:00 PM. It can be tough to keep track of all the nearby places, especially in the summer when it would be nice to have later hours, perhaps until 9:00 PM.
Absolutely incredible! And I'm not even a huge BBQ enthusiast! I've been singing this place's praises since we left, and I can't wait to find someone to go back with me. We live in Redmond, so it's quite the journey to get there on my own! I tried the pulled pork sandwich and the copper carrots, both were delicious! I went through at least six little cups of pickled onions—didn't waste a single napkin because I savored every bite. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
I'm unsure if the restaurant still has a physical location, but we enjoyed our meal at the food truck next to the bike shop. We ordered a double burger and a brisket sandwich, along with Parmesan fries. The burger was large and incredibly tasty. Although the brisket was a bit overcooked, it was still enjoyable. We would definitely return. The staff was very friendly.

Stopped at the food truck and had an amazing birra brisket tacos. It was very delicious. The service was great. They were friendly and helpful. It’s worth my money and I will be going back for more to try the other items on the menu.
Absolutely incredible! I always make it a point to visit whenever I'm in the area. With its inviting atmosphere and outstanding barbecue, it’s truly my favorite restaurant.
