However, I found the crunchy beef tacos to be lacking in meat, reminiscent of Taco Bell, where you're mostly eating the tortilla, lettuce, and tomato. The tamales are on the pricier side and are only about one-third the size of a traditional tamale, which was a bit disappointing. The availability of complimentary chips seems inconsistent; during one visit, they were offered to us, while during another, I had to ask for them. I also noticed that all the breakfast options feature red meat, so I would recommend adding some chicken dishes for variety. Despite these minor issues, we plan to return to try more items and indulge in those delicious, fresh flour tortillas again.
We usually use the drive-thru, and I've sampled a variety of dishes, but I just can't seem to enjoy the food. To me, it feels like fast food. If you're okay with that, you might like it more. I will say their guacamole is quite tasty, though it’s a bit pricey for the portion size. I rated it a 4 because my husband really likes the enchiladas here; they are served quickly and he enjoys them. If you're looking for a step up from fast food Tex-Mex, this place is a good option. However, if you're after authentic Tex-Mex, I recommend seeking out a well-established local restaurant.
The food here is consistently excellent, surpassing most Mexican restaurants I’ve visited. The atmosphere strikes a balance between fast food and a traditional restaurant, as you order at the counter and pick up your own food. There are no waitstaff, so you’ll need to get your own drinks as well. This setup means no tipping, which makes it a fantastic deal for high-quality food. Overall, it's a great experience!
This location never lets me down. They are always so sweet, and the food is great! The drive thru service is fast, so have your money ready. Inside they move pretty quickly as well. If they mess up something, they fix it with no problem, and keep itmoving. They keep their sides bar stocked, and everything is always fresh. I love coming here any chance I get! I'm so glad that Rosa's has opened in North Texas. The food is always fantastic, and the prices are great too. To top it off, their tortillas might just be the best I've ever had! Whenever I travel for work, my new routine is to visit the Mansfield location for breakfast as soon as I'm back in town. Those tortillas are truly magical!
