I’ve been ordering from this location for years always was delighted with the food service until today. I called in, placed my order and she said it’ll be ready in 25 minutes. I got there by the pick up time and stood there for a good 5 minutes with no response at all. Restaurant had about 4 people in there that were serviced eating so I didn’t see why I hadn’t yet received even a hello be right with you. I could hear the workers in the back having a nice time which is fine yet at least come acknowledge your customer. So I called the restaurant the lady answered then said here I come. We recently had Rostati's Bannockburn cater an event at the park yesterday and it was amazing. The delivery driver went above and beyond, carrying everything down a path for us with a smile and making multiple trips. The food was abundant, hot, and delicious - there was so much of it! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the wings, pizza, penne, salad, and chicken. This was my first time trying Rostati's catering and it was 5 star service from beginning to end. There was enough food for guests to even take home in to-go bags. Thank you Rostati's for making our event so wonderful!

Hi, We ordered pizza and a Caesar salad last night. Pizza was delicious. Salad, Meh! The lettuce was nice and crisp, the croutons were average, but what was really off was the dressing. They sent Apple Cider vinegrette, no anchovies. Not my kind of Caesar.
