Rosati's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I stopped going to this place about 4 months ago. Today got a chance for a BoGo pizza. AND under new management, figured I would give them another chance. Well, sadly, new management does not mean new habits. I placed my order online at approx 2pm for a 3pm pick up. I ordered a 12 double dough sausage, pepperoni, and onion with special instructions of well done and extra sauce. I got to the store at 2:48pm and my pizzas were already done, and under the heat lamp. I asked what yime they got done at, and the reply was ohh about 10 min ago. At that time I asked the guy isn 't 20 plus min early for a 3pm pick up too early? His reply was just a blank stare. Not even a hey ya you 're right, or ya...

First time and last time ordering from this business. I ordered a simple pepperoni and extra cheese pizza. The delivery driver caught the first failure to prepare it correctly (made sausage and pepp), informed me of an extra 45 minute wait to remake it. I then received a second failed attempt at a pizza with sprinkles of cheese on top (None anywhere else) and no pepperoni. 1.5 hours of waiting to pay for an awful sauce only pizza that will be going into the garbage.

We love Rosati's pizza, however have never ordered from this location. We will never again order from here. Pizza was 25 minutes late and was like shoe leather when it arrived. We ordered 3 pizzas which was not cheap and they were awful. I called and they said they could give me a 10 off for next time. Ummmm there will be no next time. Terrible

Worst pizza i ever had. Asked for crispy crust came soggy, suppose to be slightly thicker then thin crust it was like a deep dish, had no flavor except for mouth full of onions on it. Called up to complain they said oh sorry!!!! Bad pizza place give it a zero

Eating is quite good in that. workers seem friendly. only the problem is that they are not open when they say they will be. I need to change your hours. I have to go somewhere else with the bike. outdated trip.
