I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rossi's Italian Eatery. I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome I received from the hostess. She was friendly and attentive, and she made me feel like a valued guest. The restaurant has recently been renovated, and it is clear that a lot of care and attention went into the design. The space is bright and airy, with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However, I did find the lighting to be a bit too bright for my taste. The food at Rossi’s is spot on. I had the lasagna it was absolutely delicious. The sauce had just the right amount of spice and sweetness from the tomatoes. I had a glass of Montepulicano, it pared perfectly with the Lasagna. I also had a cannoli for dessert that was absolutely delicious! Everything is made fresh in house, even my salad had an amazing homemade vinaigrette. Our server was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately I have to agree with the low ratings on here. Food was very bland, which was odd since all the ingredients seemed fresh and good. Carbonara was runny and lacked a lot of flavor. Chicken Marsala was very tough and also kinda flavorless. Staff seemed to bicker and argue a lot between each other not a great atmosphere. Pictures of the food in reviews look amazing, and match the pricing. However after you eat you realize every plate should be about $6-7 less for the flavor you get. Loved the cute, intimate location. Simple and comfortable but the atmosphere is wonderful. Service and absolute ten. The food was fantastic. Definitely be back!! A really nice corner Italian eatery. The food was really good. The servers tried hard but I think the way they are set up to do things are held back or maybe it was we showed up and we were the last party served before closing. I literally had one of the best meals of my life here. I don’t usually go for appetizers, main course, and desert, but I couldn’t help myself. The food was so DELICIOUS! The service was incredible, the atmosphere is beautiful and the whole experience was perfect! I can’t wait to go back and try everything! Definitely a must try!
