On a hot and humid summer's evening, you could be forgiven for giving this place a miss because there's no obvious signs of somewhere outdoors to sit and eat. But don't walk by, go in and through the seating area towards the bar and you'll find an outdoor terrace with just as many seats outside as there is inside. The menu is extensive and typically German with a local Schwabian flavour and there's even an English language menu available on request. Despite being very busy, we were served promptly and our food came out quickly although a couple of beers from their own brewery (located in nearby Ludwigsburg) helped to pass the time. Went here on Friday for a drink, had a lovely time. Booked a table for 2 to return the following night. My partner ordered the pork skillet which is a pork knuckle and it arrived stone cold. I kid you not!! The waiter took it away to be cooked .... by the time it returned I'd finished my meal. So much for a nice meal for 2!! The waiter brought us a shot glass with schnapps and lager in it for free. Hmmmm. Ok.

First timer here on a business trip to Germany. Very friendly with English and English menu, the beer is really good as wells as the service. I had a pulled pork sandwich and a simple side of fries. The pork was moist and tasted very good. The building has been restored and looks really cool.

El biergarten favorito de nuestro anfitrión. Gran edificio antiguo con piedras, enormes vigas de madera, balcón ... toneladas de ambiente. La comida es bastante buena, pero es la comida alemana de Biergarten. El servicio es excelente Reserva una mesa ahora

Not bad, not too good. I had very nice time here, waiters were nice, food arrived in reasonable time, taking into account that restaurant was full. Menu is typically German.

Good value and not bad food, nothing makes you say great but nothing says bad either. You can get more for your money and with more tasyte but as i said nothing bad??!!

Visited on each of my business visits in 2015 to Bietigheim. Swabian noodles are something have never had before and highly recommended!

El menú es típicamente alemán! El punto culminante es la cerveza! ¡Producen su propia cerveza, y es delicioso! Lo recomiendo

The menu is typically german! The highlight is the beer! They produce their own beer, and it is delicious! I recommend it!
