I called to order some ice cream and mentioned that there was a hair in my tub. I now have a third of a liter tub that I can't use because of the hair, which is very unhygienic. We decided to order more ice cream, but when it arrived, we were charged for both tubs. My mum, who placed the order, and I both thought there wouldn't be any charge for the replacement. We were told that unless we paid, we couldn't receive the delivery. I tried to call, but they were closed. I have always supported this local business by ordering directly from them, but after this experience, you have lost my business.
I agree that there are times when the pizza isn't cooked properly. The crust can be underdone, especially in the middle, although the edges are usually fine. To address this, I always order my pizza uncut so I can put it in my very hot oven to finish cooking and crisp it up. Aside from this minor issue, it tastes pretty good thanks to the fresh ingredients. However, I really wish they would use real pepperoni instead of that so-called spicy salami as a substitute.
Just order 4 pizza from them on menu log, the price is fair when you see the quality of the pizza. They did a mistake on our orders forgot to put the sup, I don't blame them they are very busy, it is totaly understandable. I called them, they send us other pizza to apology. Seriously 5/5 customers service. 10/5 on pizza the calzone was unbelievable. Defenetly order gain, just hope for no more mistakes. Keep the work going guys.

order the Tandoori pizza tonight. after 50 minutes waiting time a wrong pizza was delivered. they gave me chili pepperoni pizza. I called them and they said it takes another 50 minutes to deliver their right pizza. this was the first time I order pizza to this place and it will be the last time. I don't recommend them at all. I'm dinner tonight at 10 o'clock.
First time pizza from here on Saturday night. Had Johnny Special and Completa. Both were really tasty and the crust, although soft inside, was slightly crispy underneath which really helped with the overall taste and texture. Toppings were plentiful and full of flavour. Will definitely have their pizza again.
Fantastic pasta and pizza—definitely the best pizza I've had in all of Australia, and I've tried authentic Italian pizza in Italy! The chili prawn pasta is incredibly flavorful, perfectly balancing the cheese and prawns. I can't wait to return!
The pizza was delicious, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. However, don't expect much from the dine-in experience, as it's primarily a takeout spot. It's a shame because the pizzas are beautifully crafted.
