Since it was my first time there, I decided to pick something off the menu and wound up going with Fire and Rice, their signature steak bowl. The steak is served with rice (duh), carrot salad, cucumbers, onions, and tahini. The wait times here are significantly shorter than at other restaurants, and I have never experienced a mistake with my takeout orders. The ingredients are always fresh, and the staff is friendly and energetic. While they are slightly more expensive than Chipotle, I prefer Roti for several reasons: 1) the shorter wait times, 2) a wider variety of fresh and healthy options with fewer carbs, 3) a complimentary pita that comes with your meal, and 4) a clean and well-stocked store and condiment area. What an impressive customer service experience! I've been dining at Roti for the past seven years, and this location consistently exceeds my expectations. The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is outstanding. What keeps me returning, however, is the incredible staff. Tonisha and Eason, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They were well-versed in the menu and provided excellent suggestions that accommodated our allergies and dietary restrictions. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
