It's frustrating to pay for something and not receive what you expected. I wouldn't recommend their online service, though the in-person experience might be better. Honestly, the online operation needs improvement to avoid these issues in the future. For $10 more than its competitor, it simply isn't worth it. Even though the location is closer and the delivery is faster, the chicken is undercooked. FINI Ti-Coq is far too pricey considering the poor quality of the food.
The daytime staff are very nice and helpful, but the evening service leaves something to be desired. It's a take-out counter, but there are picnic tables outside.
