It seems like the restaurant might be under new management since my last visit. The pizza was excellent—fresh with high-quality ingredients, and they didn't skimp on the toppings. The salad bar was also fresh and tasty. This time, we received a box for leftovers (thank you for that!). The staff was more attentive and helpful, which shows a nice improvement. For comparison, their pizza is significantly better than chains like Pizza Hut and Domino's, although it doesn't quite reach the level of Pagliacci's. The staff here is very helpful, and there's always someone cleaning. We usually opt for the buffet, which offers a great selection of pizzas, and the salad bar is always well-stocked and impeccably maintained. Our youngest child is autistic, and we have never felt discriminated against or unwelcome, even during moments of occasional meltdowns or vocal stimming. This is truly a family-friendly establishment.
The service is consistently excellent. The restrooms were average, nothing particularly noteworthy. The location itself is fantastic. The only drawback is that the restaurant needs to improve its selection of side dishes. At the time of my visit, they were completely out of bread, which was a bit disappointing. I ordered wings, but they were smaller than expected. However, the great service made up for it.
I've always been a fan of RTP, and this location did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was impressively quick. I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience. It has that classic pizza parlor atmosphere, featuring a small arcade and mouthwatering food. It's an excellent place for families, and I would certainly go back again. The service was faster than I expected too.
