We waited for 2 hours only to receive the wrong order - and apparently it was our fault! We ordered salt and pepper chicken but received salt and pepper chips instead. When we called to complain, the attitude we received was disgraceful. They wanted us to return the chips in order to give them to another customer, and they also wanted extra money for the mistake. Instead of just adding the 80p for the chips to our meal, they added the cost of fried rice on top of it, asking for an extra £3.80. On top of that, they also charged us for the delivery fee again. Last night, I ordered £30 worth of food from this restaurant. I got two portions of salt and pepper king prawns, but both were inedible. They were supposed to be salty, but they tasted like nothing I've ever tried before. When I complained, I was told that sometimes a portion can be salty, but this was not just one odd piece, the whole portion was inedible. I will never order from this restaurant again, as it was a waste of money and the customer service was poor.

This restaurant consistently provides delicious meals with generous portions at a great value. The service is efficient and fast, from placing a phone call to picking up the order. I highly recommend this takeaway option.

This Chinese restaurant in Bishop Auckland is the worst. I will never dine here again, especially after learning about their zero hygiene standards. This establishment should be shut down.
