The only reason I'm giving this place a star is because there's no option for zero. The woman preparing the food was incredibly rude. After she had a visible argument with the customer before us, we received only half of our order—a couple of small boxes of fries. My husband pointed out that we were missing two chicken sandwiches, and she just rudely gestured to the far end of the counter, indicating we needed to pick up our wraps from there. She then started shouting and slamming things together to prepare our wraps, eventually throwing them at me over the counter. When I bit into my wrap, I discovered it was filled with bones! I normally love this location and the chicken. Here of late I seem to keep running into the older bitter female associate. It seems like every time I come in she is having a bad day and tonight was no different. She always makes me feel like I am bothering here to get my order. I love the chicken but hate her attitude. They are building a new royal farms that just a little bit further from me but if I experience her terrible attitude and customer service one more time it seems ill be making the extra drive to get my chicken because this location will no longer be my go to place. This place used to have the best staff, no more. You need to wait in the line to get a plastic cup, and you need to pay for using a cup before you get your drink. Once you have the drink and have selected your other items, you need to wait in line to pay for your other items. Obviously, someone is more concerned about plastic cups than customer convenience.

Generally the chicken is pretty good but some of the employees are worthless. I ordered hash browns and a chicken n biscuit. I got 2 wet hashbrowns and a cold piece of chicken on a hamburger bun. Clean place, smiling people but, $8.47 for 2 pieces of chicken? 10.50 w soda?! Will enjoy the great taste, as my last one until after the recession. Come down and adjust your pricing or, keep it. Long way from that $4.68 2 yrs ago. (Who is making the math for a 8.5% inflation? A Kinder gardener?

A couple of months back I ordered a crunchy chicken salad sandwich . There were actual chicken bones in it. Today i ordered a cheeseburger sub. The burgers were so dry parts of them were actually crunchy.
