This place is absolutely awful. It seems like they've intentionally hired the most incompetent staff, or maybe the management just makes it impossible for anyone to be of any assistance. Good luck filling up your car with gas—the pump is constantly out of order. And you can forget about the lottery machine working correctly; getting the tickets you paid for is quite the ordeal.
Royal Farms is a convenient stop for a quick gas fill-up, coffee, soda, or chicken when heading to Carroll County or Pennsylvania. They have an automated coffee brewing system that serves hot, fresh coffee in any cup size you want—very convenient. The chicken availability can be hit or miss at times, but overall, this location is decent.
Avoid ordering chicken tenders from the Royal Farms in Reisterstown! Things have definitely changed. Their 2-piece chicken tenders used to be a decent size, but now they're too small to satisfy your hunger. Plus, honey mustard sauce now costs an extra $0.59. They’ve also switched to self-checkout. Definitely cutting corners!
I had a very disappointing experience at Royal Farms during my visit around 11:00 PM. The tall employee at the counter was quite unfriendly and made condescending comments when I had trouble using the money machine.
