The manager of this restaurant is truly outstanding—definitely the best I've ever come across. Having worked in different retail environments, I've encountered many managers, but none are as committed to customer satisfaction as he is. Whenever I have a question, even if he doesn't know the answer immediately, he goes out of his way to find it for me. He is consistently polite, friendly, and understanding. The team he has put together is also excellent. Additionally, this restaurant has just launched the NEW Gate ROFO CAR WASH, which is very exciting!
This is easily the worst Royal Farms I've ever been to. I walked in and ordered chicken, but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for my food. When my order finally arrived, the chicken was cold, and I only received 14 pieces instead of the 20 I had ordered. They also forgot to include our mashed potatoes and gravy, and I had to remind them to get those for us. Unfortunately, they still forgot the gravy. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Every time I try to inflate my tire, the air pump is always out of order, which is incredibly frustrating—especially when I'm dealing with a flat tire. Recently, I went to the Royal Farms in Edgewood to fill my tire, but since it was freezing outside, my tire was almost completely flat. I was very disappointed to discover that the air pump was broken. This location definitely needs some improvements.

The wait time to make a purchase is excessively long. The only reason I come here is to buy gas, lured in by the bright lights at night. Otherwise, be prepared to turn what should be a quick 5-minute visit into a 30-minute hassle, as you wait for the cashier to serve you—if there's even one available at the register.

I had to deduct 2 stars from my rating. The chef's greasy hair was falling over his face while he was preparing food, which was quite unappealing. It would be better if he could either tuck his hair under the hat he was wearing or use a hair net. It was rather unsettling.
