Kaeng Massaman with chicken was soupy and 80% potatoes. Small amount of food for price charged and they are making a helluva profit on what is basically a thin potato soup. Seafood Pad-Se-Ew was just okay and for $16 barely enough food for one person and one measly mussel in the whole container. Overpriced, undersized servings. There are other Thai food options in town that certainly cannot be worse. We won’t be back.

The food and atmosphere here is always amazing!! The Kao Soi is particularly delicious although I have been so pleased with everything that I have ordered during my many visits over the years. If you are in the area I would highly recommend stopping in!

Absolutely fantastic! Your food is inexpensive and consistently delicious. It is a family restaurant, and they are simply the most friendly people. If you like Thai food or want something new, try it! It's worth it!

The food was pretty good and quickly got out. And although they made accommodation for GF, it was easy to exclude the tofu, unlike pan fried as others we have experienced. Very good and the outside seat is charming.

Royal Orchid has the best Thai food in Montpelier. Highly recommend! They are not currently open for indoor dining due to covid, so take out only. Hopefully that will change once the pandemic ends.

Quiet beautiful place with fast service and delicious dishes! I had hot ginger tea, crab ringoon, Tom Kha and Kaeng Ped Pet Yang! Everything delicious and very fillable.

A nice surprise. Authentic Thai food in Montpelier. The food is well prepared. I will definitely return when I'm back in town.
