From the outside this Tandoori does not look especially alluring and the menu is old school, divided into various styles of curry with your choice of meat, fish or vegetables. But it does have various vegetable side dishes marked as vegan. The vegetable biryiani was not marked as vegan (it was under the multi choice biryiani section) but when I asked if it was dairy free and specifically that it did not have any ghee, the waitress checked with one of the managers who said it was vegan. Obviously I had to take this on trust but given that they have other dishes marked as vegan, I had no reason to doubt it. we were in aviemore on a short break and didn't have to go for a curry, but I'm glad we were. the place was beautiful and clean, the staff was beautiful and how to eat. it was tasty, plus his nice, different things to try as if you had something like us, we always tend to stay the same things. we had only one main course with a beautiful mushroom rice. but the surprise for both of us was the spicy naan. the man was spicy and delicious. give this place a whore, do not think they will be disappointed
We were on the hunt for vegan options and discovered the Royal Tandoori, which offers an extensive selection of vegan and vegetarian curries. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent—exactly what we needed after a day at Cairn Gorm. I ordered the spinach curry, which was perfectly sized for my taste. Their roti is also vegan, and sharing a rice dish with my partner was more than enough to satisfy our hunger after a long day of walking.
The menu had a variety of clearly marked vegan options. We enjoyed a potato and spinach curry, along with another dish that featured spicier vegetables served with rice and chapatis. When we inquired about ghee and milk, the staff was understanding and very accommodating. We also ordered poppadoms, and the typical selection of dips was brought out, although we were informed that the yellow dip contained yogurt.

this was an excellent foundation in very short time. the staff is excellent and friendly while eating is extremely original. a real sound and it is rare to come with any Asian restaurant that surprises the ability. I'm sure you do. this restaurant really knows how to take lamb and how for the Tiger option? it never cost. superb! highly recommended.
really delicious curries. all tasted delicious! the naan wants to be a little bigger. restaurant lacks a little atmosphere, would help if the personal were something more interactive with the customers. they all looked empty to them when asked for additional serviettes or fresh cutlery etc.
as part of a friend-stag party, we ordered a takeaway from here during the stay in the big husky (originally planned to sit, but could not transport). the meals were ace all of us (think 18 total) were very happy with eating including a vege option. can't blame
The experience here was bittersweet. The menu features a variety of clearly marked vegan options, some of which are quite flavorful. Additionally, poppadoms were complimentary with our order, which was a nice touch.

Good curry house, which does the traditional menu well. Food was cooked well, the chef was happy to assist with my personal twist to the menu dish. My partner was very pleased with her meal.
we had dinner at this place. the bhindi was not great, but the samosa were nice and the saagaloo was really good (please ask them to make it spicy because they adapt to European tastes.)
