I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and finally had the chance to pick up some dinner from them after seeing their post on Instagram. My husband and I ordered the Vegan Fried Chicken, greens, green beans, garlic bread, cornbread, vegan mac and cheese, and gravy. The food was absolutely delicious, so much so that even my toddler enjoyed it! For dessert, we tried the Cookie Butter Brownie and Lemon Blueberry Cake, both of which were amazing. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this restaurant yet. I have been ordering from them for years for special occasions, meeting in parking lots to pick up my food, driving to multiple Schnucks locations to try their offerings in the pick-up-and-go section, and now ordering and picking up at their dine-in location. I have never had a meal that wasn't amazing from this restaurant. Their menu changes weekly, so I have tried a lot of different dishes. The owners are fantastic and the food is delicious. I first found out about this restaurant a couple of years ago when they were offering home delivery services. I decided to try their meatloaf made with Impossible meat, which was absolutely delicious! I also enjoyed their stuffing, cajun and white gravies, and most recently, their original gooey butter cake. However, the gooey butter cake wasn't as impressive as I had hoped; it was just okay. I hope that they will continue to refine and enhance the recipe. They have a wide variety of options on their menu and I look forward to trying more of their dishes in the future.

I first discovered this restaurant a few years ago when they started offering home delivery services. I have tried their plant-based meat, which was absolutely delicious with Cajun and white gravies, as well as their original goat butter cake. While the goat butter in the cake was just average, I hope they will continue to refine and enhance the recipe. They offer a wide range of options, and I look forward to trying more of their dishes in the future.

I stopped in their new location for the Martin Luther King jr. day special: Smothered not chicken plate. It absolutely blew my mind. I wished I had ordered two so I could have taken another one with me. The mashed potatoes and corn sides were so savory and flavorful they must have put some magic in them. I visited the new location for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day special at this restaurant and tried the not-chicken plate. It completely blew my mind. I regretted not ordering another one. I tried the gooey butter cake, fudgy brownies, rib slider, and buffalo cricket packing at this restaurant and I have to say, everything was delicious. I couldn't even tell that they were vegan. I'm thrilled that I can also support local businesses by dining here.
